will try cannabis in an edible or beverage form and we know from experiences elsewhere that many reduce or eliminate alcohol consumption and substitute it for cannabis. Toss in "what if" medical cannabis is indeed recommended as the treatment option of choice.

As for bargains? Yes there are some in my opinion .... look at market cap compared to revenues. I go one step further and favour lower share counts of those companies with growing revenues over similar companies but with very large share counts.

In August I took on the Canadian Medical Association publicly due to their position of wanting the medical framework dismantled - such a public airing is something I have not done before and hope to never do again. But I am so passionate on this. I predicted that medical cannabis will thrive once prohibition ends on October 17th. Existing patients not longer stigmatized and prospective patients would feel more comfortable having that discussion with their medical team ... and their medical team in return should be more comfortable discussing cannabis as a treatment option once prohibition ends. The usual suspects all predicted the swift demise of the medical stressed. As I mentioned earlier ... based solely on ad hoc conversations with some LPs ... sure enough there has been a surge (30% or more in some cases) of new medical patients.

Our endogenous cannabinoid system among its myriad of necessary functions, modules inflammation. We know for fact that chronic inflammation is considered by many as the "unifying theory of disease". It stands to reason that what is referred to as Cannabanoid System Deficiency may have advanced a state of chronic inflammation in some people. So if this connection is proven true imagine what this means to diabetes, MS, epilepsy, IBS, arthritis, etc - there are dozens of conditions.

I wrote on this in length recently and readers are encouraged to read that content. In some studies, cannabis destroyed superbugs such as MRSA and also destroyed some cancer cells in mice. We already know it is proving effective in the treatment of epilepsy, MS, sleep disorders, migraines, and arthritis as well as nausea and end of life care among others. Over valued? Imagine a true breakthrough in any of these. Over valued? Imagine if Canada experiences a 15% or greater decline in alcohol as has been the case in some other jurisdictions and that decline was in favour of cannabis. Over valued? Imagine if cannabis and hemp become a health and wellness staple? Imagine animal care ... Imagine if as a species we had it right for thousands of years with respect to cannabis and hemp (yes, i realize hemp is in fact a strain of sativa but its legal status differs hence my deliberate separation) ... and why and how global prohibition came into being is open to debate but what ever the reason it certainly was not based on science, medicine, patient relief and comfort ... in other words, not due to Service over Self-Interest.
