Pun intended! As you can see from the CRON chart here the KAMA line starts up-trending and allows you to enter the trade with a clearer signal that a simple moving average. Note that once the chart becomes choppy the uptrend end, but does not go into a downtrend, but rather goes flat. Had you used the KAMA you would have still been long on CRON which inevitably led to its next leg up. Perhaps the next time you are looking to boost your stock karma, you might just want to consider including KAMA into your charting tool belt.
