panels! The larger Licensed Producers were quick to develop of acquire ownerships stakes in Hemp. A full list of uses of Hemp can be found at this Wikipedia page and when you look at these and other sites, it is no wonder that companies such as CSE listed Global Hemp Group (CSE:GHG) have increased in share price by three digits in just weeks. This strategy is more of a play on one our existing highly successful strategies - our industry pioneering and leading late stage applicant strategy remains in play but one can consider those with a cultivation and/or production license already awaiting a sales license. How our strategies and case studies have fared appears at the onset of our case study section this month but those of you that followed them know full well how their ROI crushed that of the index.
But here is an extension of our pioneering late stage applicant strategy. Many of the 2017 awarded cultivation license companies are not publicly traded but you can contact them to see if they are accepting private investors. Some may find themselves targets of M&A activity.
You can create your own list. Simply “copy and paste” the Health Canada Licensed Producer list into a spreadsheet and add filters to your header row. You can customize your own strategy – oils, materials for sale, etc. And you can do the same with the Health Canada Labs List. As well, the July 2017 market data should be available soon if not already by the time you read this.
When designing your strategy, be mindful of the information put out by paid promoters as chances are the information will be portrayed in a manner where their clients lead the way such as by including LPs with only a cultivation license on a list with large LPs with sales licenses and then comparing their share price performance.
