beverages because of the Constellation Brans investment in Canopy Growth. Tinley’s Q4 presentation clearly states under “development” is their intention to launch in Canada, Nevada, and other hospitable jurisdictions. Tinley Beverages recently made the IA top 40 beverage list joining such companies as Constellation Brands, Miller Coors, and The Boston Beer Company.

Digging into the past as well as financial statements is always core to good due diligence however it means little if one cannot also incorporate in to the mix material changes in the company’s current and future environment. In this case, it appears that the proposed environments, California and Canada, could be very hospitable to Tinley and their two chief products lines – hemp derived Hemplify and their alcohol inspired THC infused beverage line in addition to their other product offerings. Not many companies are repeat case studies and updated in our pages but Tinley is one and with good reason. In fact, all of our “strategies” are based on full current and anticipatory environmental assessment and their ROI to date speaks for itself. Now let’s move to the first question.
