In November of last year, Organigram Holdings Inc. (TSXV:OGI; OTCQB: OGRMF) announced that it will be developing a brand for the Trailer Park Boys. The Trailer Park Boys have become well-known for their long successful Canadian television program and now have expanded to Netflix where their reach has become global. This five year agreement encompasses an exclusive product and branding partnership in Canada for consideration that includes a combination of cash royalties and other non-monetary considerations. The deal includes product placement opportunities as well as branding of peripheral cannabis items.

Worth noting: that is Arlene Dickinson, a celebrity of sorts herself as a “dragon” on the long running CBC show Dragons’ Den, in the picture with the Trailer Park Boys. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of Aphria (TSE:APH; OTCQQB:APHQF) and CEO of Venture Communications, one of Canada’s largest independent full-service marketing agencies.
