Welcome back to another edition of our technical and charting analysis. In this month’s edition, we will be talking about bottom fishing. Before we dive into this let’s kick things off with a dose of humor:
Give a man a fish and he will be able to feed himself for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will sit around in a boat getting high all day.
OK, so maybe we might want to teach ourselves how to fish properly so that we can reap some nice gains so we can afford to buy the weed to get all high day. Let’s go bottom fishing or often referred to as value investing from a fundamental perspective. A reminder that combining technical and fundamental analysis typically helps yield the best results. There are different indicators or charting observations we can observe to help us identify potential bottoms but first let's dive into the higher level a bit before we hammer out some specifics.
