Little did I expect that when I made the comparison to investing in this industry is much like the weight loss industry (with respect to your sources for information and advice) that it would have generated so much discussion and requests for me to expand on just what I meant.
There is a reason of course why it is often referred to as one’s “Financial Health” and we have heard the term “healthy” oftentimes used when discussing one’s portfolio and from there one’s finances. I think we understand the analogy between one’s personal health and one’s financial health and why the term “health” is used without any further need for the history lesson but for those who want to learn and understand more simply google “financial health”. From my own quick search, pretty much every financial institution has information on this concept and some even have tools to help one determine one’s own financial health.
