Just like in sodas and beers … the finished product holds its value even though its component ingredients combined may be priced in the pennies. Deloitte has coined the term Cannabis 2.0 for October 17th in Canada … at this time, does Alliance have any intent to participate in edibles, beverages, and so forth …?

Under the third pillar, CBD Oil Supply and Distribution, Alliance intends to sell high quality CBD oils, ranging from standard industrial CBD oils to medical quality CBD oils into those markets, but not to participate directly.

Alright … so one more for you …and as I said no easy ones here … assuming a crop view in time … will Alliance be prepared to be able to utilize the whole plant …. Root to bud … whether inhouse or to supply others?

Alliance does not currently have plans to utilize the whole plant at this time. It is expected that initially that under our partnership with CROP, they will address the use of the rest of the plant after Alliance receives its share of the biomass. Alliance is currently looking at a potential project in Nevada, which includes access to rail, where we would grow our own hemp, and perhaps then we would consider working with the other aspects of the hemp plants.

I am quite impressed with your relatively low float and low dilutive elements. Can you bring our readers to speed on your current net and fully diluted shares outstanding …. And from there, about what % would be tightly held by insiders etc … the residual being the effective public float?
