The presence of adrenaline in the body signifies that anxiety is natural and
realistic. However, it is normal to feel anxious when taking big leaps because
the body naturally strives to stay alert and result focused. Many performers
experience anxiety from time to time but the fear of failure or embarrassment
pushes them to give a great delivery. Afterward, the muscles of the body
relax and take the normal form.
The onset of anxiety disorders arises when the worry and stress are
repeatedly taking over the individual's life activities especially normal daily
events. At this point, it is important to identify the triggers and evaluate the
situation. This step will be a pathfinder of the possible solutions and
treatments for the condition.
