What Can We Do To Slow Down
The Aging Process?
• First, you should wear sunscreen several times a day. Experts recommend
wearing sunscreen with a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) above or equal to
30. You must know that ultraviolet (UV) sun rays are a potential hazard to
your skin, and it is one of the factors that accelerate the aging process.
• Second, you should also avoid natural tanning. If you like your skin tan or
you hate being pale, tanning is a great fix. However, you should consider
natural tanning or sprays because these do not affect your skin the same
way UV rays do.
• Finally, you should wear clothes that help to protect your skin. Black
clothes retain more heat, but these are better shields against UV
radiation. If you can’t stand the heat look for other ways, remember that
there are other sorts of garments which are also useful. For example, you
can wear wide-brimmed hats, sunglasses or even an umbrella. Since
sunlight can be too bright, people usually react by making facial gestures
to reduce the impact of it on the eyes mostly. As a result, this can produce
face wrinkles.
