Best time to go : The mountains get lots of snow in winter and spring , so unless you ’ re looking for winter sports action , the summer months are best . At this time of year temperatures are pleasantly mild and there ’ s lots of sunshine . BC ’ s interior is warm and pleasant during spring and autumn while summer can be hot .
