DAY 1 Vancouver On arrival you are met and transferred to your hotel .

DAY 2 Vancouver

One of the world ’ s most walkable cities , Vancouver brims with green spaces , historic architecture , famous landmarks and memorable attractions . This morning , enjoy a lazy stroll in the vicinity of your hotel or perhaps browse the shops of Robson Street . This afternoon , you ’ ll join an afternoon city tour which ensures you see all the main points of interest . The tour continues to the spectacular Capilano Suspension Bridge where you can experience the thrill of walking across this 450ft long bridge .

DAY 3 Vancouver

Morning excursion to Granville Island , during which you have the chance to savour a variety of fine foods from local independent farmers and food artisans . This afternoon you are free to explore as you choose . Perhaps head to Yaletown , a former industrial area whose warehouses and industrial buildings have been transformed into high-end boutiques and trendy restaurants and bars .

DAY 4 Vancouver

A full day at leisure for you to enjoy more of this beautiful city . You may wish to pop into the Vancouver Art Gallery and immerse yourself in the range of artworks or maybe head up the Vancouver Lookout for 360 º views of the city and its unique surroundings . After coming back down to earth , make your way to Gastown and check out the array of independent shops that line its cobbled streets . Chinatown is also close by as is the Dr Sun Yat-Sen Chinese Classical Garden . Alternatively , consider one of our pre-bookable excursions , such as whale watching ( see page 22 ).

DAY 5 Vancouver

Time for last minute sightseeing before your tour concludes with a transfer to the airport for your onward journey .
