2 . Are students achieving adequate depth ( 5 cm ) and rate ( 100-120 per minute ) of chest compressions ?
3 . Are students allowing full recoil by avoiding leaning on the chest ?
4 . Are students avoiding excessive ventilation ( remaining between 8-10 breaths per minute )?
Studies suggest that manikins that can provide accurate feedback on all four key measures could be part of the solution in driving accuracy and consistency when a cardiac emergency occurs .
