Who: Provided by Community Associations Institute, national headquarters( located in Falls Church, VA)
What: A credential to demonstrate a higher level of commitment to your career.
iii. When: Two years + after you begin and continuously manage a Community Association
iv. Where: Online application only
v. How: a. Complete two years of service in community association management b. Successfully complete at least two 200-level courses through CAI
( M201-M206 available) c. Successfully passed the CMCA examination.
vi. Maintain: a. Pay the annual Maintenance Fee b. Recertify every three years. * Complete one M200 or higher course + 8 hours of additional education * Maintaining your Florida CAM license meets the additional education requirement
