Should Australian universities with Dubai branches
be worried about the international rivalry?

ubai is known for oil riches and abstract skyscrapers. It is
also becoming increasingly known for tertiary education.
In a study recently published by the British Council, it
came second in quality assurance and degree recognition, trailing
Australia. For openness and mobility, it placed fifth. A US News &
World Report survey published earlier this year named it the second
best place in the world to begin a career.
