campusreview.com.au It’s important to look at attrition figures. The decade-long attrition from the sector is almost the same as it was 10 years ago. We’re doing a great deal to support [students] through that educational journey. Yes, we need to consider transparency around admission processes and the Minister has referred that to the Higher Education Standards Panel, and we’ll participate in detailed discussion with the panel around that. I think we understand there are a great many students who find pathways to university that don’t rely on ATARs. This is about creating opportunity for so many people in this country, not just one other piece of data. How important are international partnerships for innovation at Australian universities?
