Notice of Annual General Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting for the Membership of
the Ontario Private Campground Association will be held on Tuesday, November 19,
2013 at J.W. Marriott, The Rosseau Resort in Minett, ON. The Annual General Meeting
will begin at 9:30 am and end at 12:30 pm and will be held for the following purposes:

To receive and consider:
a) the Minutes of the 2012 Annual General Meeting;
b) the financial statements of the Association for the fiscal year which ended
May 31st, 2013; and
c) the reports of the auditors therein.
To elect Directors
To appoint the auditors of the association; and
To transact such further and other business as may properly come before the
said meeting or any adjournments thereof.
