Course Request Changes

All 8th graders will receive a Course Registration Verification form in March, showing all the requested courses( both core and electives). If any of the courses listed on the form are incorrect or if you disagree with a course recommendation, then follow the directions on the form to change the course( s).

Priority deadline for course changes is April 1st, 2026.

*** By changing the recommended course, you assume responsibility for the placement and accept the level of rigor that the new course presents. Once a course change has been fulfilled, it will not be reversed.

Deadline to complete and return Elective Registration form to feeder MS Homeroom teacher( CHS will come to MS to assist with elective registration the week of February 2nd)

Course Registration Verification forms given to all 8th grade students( will include both core and elective course requests)

Deadline for submitting in any course request changes by turning in a signed Course Registration Verification form( signed form serves as waiver)

Master schedule is finalized; NO schedules will be changed except for scheduling errors

We will be hosting two informational sessions: one for all 8th grade students at Campbell HS during the school day and one for parents in the evening. 8th grade and Campbell counselors can also answer any registration questions.
