Section 7 . Vacancy in Office . ( cont .) D . Should a vacancy occur during the NJCL Convention in any office other than
President , the office may not be filled and any duties of the office at the NJCL Convention may be assumed by other officers as directed by the President . Should a vacancy occur in the office of Parliamentarian during the NJCL Convention , the Constitutional Advisor may act as chair at meetings specified in Bylaws Article III Section 4 .
