Use other materials to advertise your site . If you make flyers , put a QR code on them . If you set up an campaign Instagram account , put a QR code there .

Although I used Google Sites to create mine , I know Wix is a popular option to make websites . It ' s a very robust website creator that lets you choose from a large selection of templates , and it provides plenty of tools for editing them ( or even making it from scratch if that ' s your creative preference ).
If you end up not liking Wix , Google Sites and Weebly are also great tools for making websites .
Generating a QR code can be done with a quick Internet search , but you may find that the link to your website is too long and unwieldy to go on a flyer or be easily typed in . In that case , you can use a link shortener such as Bitly to , well , shorten your link and make it easier for others to use . Side note make sure that you use a free QR code maker because stressed me just clicked the first link and almost had to pay after the first 50 scans of the QR code .
