CAMPERSHIPS Thanks to our generous supporters , members of Girl Scouts of Citrus who express a financial need are eligible to receive partial assistance with their camp fee for a maximum of one camp session . Girls must first register online for their camp session and pay the $ 25 deposit ( which is refundable in the case of non-approval or if you are unable to pay ), then complete the online Campership application by April 29 TH , 2019 . If approved , a confirmation will be sent stating the amount granted . The balance is due according to the deadlines of the camp session . Camperships cannot be combined with any other discounts . Acceptance letters must be signed and returned to receive assistance .
REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS : SUMMER CAMP Cancellations for any Summer Camp must be submitted in writing via email to customercare @ citrus-gs . org no later than the Registration Deadline for that specific camp . Any fees paid to date ( beyond the $ 25 non-refundable deposit ) will be refunded .
Any cancellations after the registration deadline will not be refunded unless it is for extenuating medical or family circumstances . These requests will also need to be submitted in writing via email to customercare @ citrus-gs . org for consideration and approval . Cancellation fees will apply .
Transfers may be done no later than the registration deadline date for that camp session by contacting customercare @ citrus-gs . org .
