Counselor in Training Program (CIT)
CIT Director: LaVenus Harried • Teens entering grades 9 and 10
Our Counselor in Training (CIT) Program is a skill development camp for those entering 9 th & 10 th grade that would like to experi-
ence leadership, staffing and teamwork while enjoying time for social interaction. Our CIT’s will participate in team building,
leadership training, and experience a summer they will never forget. CITs must commit to two weeks with the program, and are
strongly encouraged to spend all four weeks with us to get the full CIT experience. Each week will focus on a new set of skills and
development topics. Our program is cumulative, so the lessons are progressive from 9 th to 10 th Grade.
