AWARENESS OF OTHERS Counselor in Training Program ( CIT )
CIT Director : LaVenus Harried Teens entering grades 9 and 10

Our CITs participate in team-building , leadership training , and experience a summer they will never forget . CITs must commit to at least four weeks with us , but we encourage them to spend all eight weeks at Camp Hilbert to get the full experience .
