FLAG FOOTBALL CAMP( 7-12 YRS.)
Players are introduced to stance, receiving, rushing, blocking and defense. Each day ends with a scrimmage encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship. Players always get to play either receiver or running back every day. Games focus on fundamentals and field concepts, as well as positions and mechanics. No equipment necessary!( Cleats are recommended) Campers are divided into groups based on age, size and ability.

CHICAGO UNION ULTIMATE CAMPS( 7-13 YRS.)
Kids learn ultimate frisbee with the Chicago Union, Chicago’ s professional team. The camp teaches throwing, catching, movement, and teamwork through engaging activities similar to soccer and football drills. Designed for all skill levels, participants can also receive Union gear and home game tickets to experience a real pro team in their community!
