CAMP REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
How can I register my child for camp ?
All camps are non-lottery . Camp registration is first come , first-served . Campers must meet the minimum age requirement for their respective camps . For early childhood camps ( Ages 4-6 ), campers should reach the minimum age by the first day of the camp session . For elementary age camps ( 7-15 years ), campers must meet the minimum age requirement by August 31 , 2024 . Camp registration should be based on the grade they will be attending in the Fall of 2024 .
Our online registration system
To use our online registration system , you must know your Household Number which can be found on the upper left of your registration receipt . If you do not know your Household Number but have registered for a park district program within the last three years , you may click on “ Register Now ” on the home page of the Glenview Park District website ( glenviewparks . org ) and then click on Forgot Account Number to have your Household Number emailed to you . If you have never registered for a park district program before , please email us at registration @ glenviewparks . org to receive instructions to set up an account .
Early bird discounts
Plan ahead and save ! Register your camper by March 14 . On March 15 , fees increase 10 %. Discount is available for residents and nonresidents as long as registration is completed by March 14 . Note : For those who take advantage of the early bird discount but transfer to another camp after March 14 , the early bird discount for the new camp does not apply .
Register BEFORE June 3
Beginning at 12 pm on June 3 , everyone registering for camps will be placed on a wait list . This is necessary for camp supervisors and directors to finalize plans for the first week of camp and to finalize all the necessary paperwork . This is done to better serve all the parents and campers for the all important first day of camp . Beginning Wednesday , June 12 , camp supervisors will contact families on the wait lists to inform them if they have been enrolled into the camp . Those on wait lists will not receive a prorated fee for missing the first day ( s ) of camp .
Payments and deposits
You may pay in full or you may elect to participate in a Payment Plan option if registered by March 14 . Deposits and balances due must be paid by credit card using Visa / MasterCard or Discover Card . Cash and checks will not be accepted . Electing the Payment Plan option by March 14 automatically enrolls payer into a monthly payment plan . Payments are equally distributed and charged to the designated credit card the 2nd of every month beginning April 2 with the last payment charged June 2 . Payment in full is due for all registrations received on or after March 14 .

What forms of payment are accepted ?
Each payment plan option requires a $ 75 deposit per section per camper except “ REGISTER BY THE WEEK ” DAY CAMPS ( Playtime Pals , Sun Troopers , and Fun Quest ) allow a $ 25 deposit per section per child . All registrations must be complete by or before March 14 to be eligible for a payment plan . This deposit is subtracted from the total camp fee and the remaining balance will be broken into three equal installment payments .
Three installment payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on the following dates : April 2 , May 2 , and June 2 .
No additional fees !
March 14 is the last day to register with a deposit and take advantage of the payment plan program . Payment is due in full for all registrations received on or after March 15 .
Only credit card and debit card payments will be accepted . The park district accepts Visa , MasterCard , Discover Card , American Express and debit cards on which a MasterCard or Visa logo appears .
