January 17 Registration opens to nonresidents , 9 am
March 15 Deadline to register and receive the early bird discount . Also the deadline to transfer to another camp and still receive the early bird discount . Transfers after March 15 will result in paying the higher fee .
March 15 Deadline to register with a deposit and choose the Payment Plan option , 7:30 pm ( available for eligible camps ). Camp registrations received after this date must pay in full at the time of registration .
June 7 Deadline to submit emergency forms at campdoc . com
June 7 Anyone registering after 12 pm on June 7 is automatically placed on a wait list . Beginning June 14 , those on the wait list will be notified if they have been enrolled into the camp . If space is available , camper may attend starting June 15 . See the Camp Registration and Payment Information section on page 3 for details .
June 7 Parent Information Meeting 6:30 pm in Park Center ’ s Lakeview Room . “ Meet and Greet ” your Camp Director 6:45 pm ( immediately following Parent Information Meeting ) in Park Center ’ s Lakeview Room
