February 1 Registration opens to nonresidents , 9 am

March 15 Deadline to register and receive the early bird discount . Also the deadline to transfer to another camp and still receive the early bird discount . Transfers after March 15 will result in paying the higher fee .

March 15 Deadline to register with a deposit and choose the Payment Plan option , 7:30 pm ( available for eligible camps ). Camp registrations received after this date must pay in full at the time of registration .

June 1 Deadline to submit emergency forms at campdoc . com

June 1 Anyone registering after 12 pm on June 1 are automatically placed on a wait list . Beginning June 8 , those on the wait list will be notified if they have been enrolled into the camp . If space is available , camper may attend starting June 9 . See the Camp Registration and Payment Information section on page 3 for details .

June 1 Parent Information Webinar at 6 pm

June 2 Camp Director “ Meet and Greet ” at Park Center ’ s Main Gym , 6:30-7:30 pm
