Camp Registration and Payment Information
How can I register my child for camp ? All camps are non-lottery . Camp registration is first come , first-served .
Our Online Registration System To use our online registration system you must know your Household Number which can be found on the upper left of your registration receipt . If you do not know your Household Number but have registered for a park district program within the last three years , you may click on “ Register Now ” on the home page of the Glenview Park District website ( glenviewparks . org ) and then click on Forgot Account Number to have your Household Number emailed to you . If you have never registered for a park district program before , please email us at registration @ glenviewparks . org to receive instructions to set up an account .
Am I a Resident ? New residents or changes in residency within the park district boundaries are required to provide proof ( gas , electric or water bill , current tax bill , purchase agreement or lease . A Driver ’ s License is not acceptable proof of residency .
Payments & Deposits You may pay in full or you may elect to participate in a Payment Plan option if registered by March 15 . Deposits and balances due must be paid by credit card using Visa / MasterCard or Discover Card . Cash and checks will not be accepted . Electing the Payment Plan option by March 15 automatically enrolls payer into a monthly payment plan . Payments are equally distributed and charged to the designated credit card the 1st of every month beginning April 1 . Payment in full is due for all registrations received on or after March 16 .
How the payment plan works :
Calculating your installments Each payment plan option requires a $ 75 deposit . This deposit is subtracted from the total camp fee and the remaining balance will be broken into three equal installment payments .
Automatic Charges Three installment payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on the first of each month beginning on April 1 .
Payment Plan Deadline March 15 is the last day to register with a deposit and take advantage of the payment plan program . Payment is due in full for all registrations received on or after March 16 . There are no additional fees for participating in the payment plan .
