Floral Fashion Embroidery By Zoe Clark from Zoe Clark Cakes You will need: Materials • One 10cm (4”) round cake by 12.5cm (5”) deep • One 15cm (6”) round cake by 14cm (5.5in) deep • One 22cm (9”) square cake by 14cm (5.5in) deep • All iced in black fondant • 500g stiff-peak royal icing • Gel/paste colours – black, pink, green, brown • Pearl lustre • Clear alcohol • One 12” round cake board (acrylic or other) • Cake dowels • Floral Stencil (I used the Gardenia Lace Stencil and Gardenia Lace Medallion Stencil by Evil Cake Genius) • Masking tape • Pins to hold stencil in place • 4-5 small paper piping bags • Wilton piping tips #1 and #102 • Medium fine paintbrush
