5. Using a knife cut the top of the
crescent and cut off half way.
Remove excess. 6. Using a patterned circle cutter,
cut out a white fondant circle. 7.
Using the circle cutter repeat
step 3 this time with the white
fondant.
8. Using the scalloped edge cutter, cut
the white fondant circle 1/3 of the
way. 9.
Dampen the top of the flesh
coloured fondant with some
water then place the white and
red semi circles on top. 10. Cut out long strips of fondant
then place it along the red
semi circle acting as a rim for
the hat. Cut off excess on the
two sides.

Now create the face of the
santa. Cut out two thin white
strips for the eyebrows, roll out
two black balls for the eyes,
one small flesh tone ball for
the nose, two white teardrop
shapes for the moustache and a
little semi circle for the mouth. 12.
Cut out thin strips of white
fondant. 13. Get 6 strips, moisten the top
ends and then divide it by 3.
