Make the scarf in the same way and cut the ends
off the scarf to make the scarf knitted string. Place the polar bear onto the cake. To
secure it in place, it is best to use one or
two dowels or large wooden skewers. Place
a dowel in the cake with the point facing
upwards and slowly place the polar bear
onto the dowel.
Finally, you can finish off the cake by adding
some lustre to give it a pearly sheen. You
can either brush on some lustre dust powder
or spray on some airbrush pearl shimmer.
