The snowman
Step 51:
For the snowman you can use some fondant that has had tylose added to it, or you can use modelling
paste. Roll out two balls and attach them together with a cocktail stick or some dry spaghetti. Use a
small balling tool mark in the eyes and the buttons. With the larger end of a piping nozzle, mark in the
mouth and add dots to the corners.
Roll out black fondant balls and place in the button and eye sockets. Paint a white dot onto the eyes.
Roll out an orange carrot and stick on the carrot nose using a bit of water or sugar glue.
Make the green and red hat and scarf. For extra detail use the fabric texture sheet.
Roll some modelling paste onto the end of a cocktail stick or piece of spaghetti. Cut out the stick fingers
at the end. Repeat again for the other arm. Leave to set before attaching the arms.

base rim of the boat and
leave to set.
