Place a stick onto the snout and add on a trunk,
smooth it on with a bit of water. Use your fingers to press in a mouth and the eye
sockets.

Use a shaping tool with a soft rubber tip to make
the creases on the trunk and give definition to the
eye and cheek line. To make the limbs, add a teaspoon of tylose
powder to your grey sugar paste and roll out some
grey sausages. Pinch in at the ankles and pull the
feet up.
