Christmas Candle
with Marzipan Pears

You will need:
• 6” x 6” cake
• 450g fondant
• Rolling pin
• 1 tealight candle
• 4”x4” aluminum foil
• Cornflour
• Shortening
• Dresden tool
• Groove board
• 120g green gumpaste
• 60g red gumpaste
• Petal dust in forest green,
super red, yellow, light
green
• Holly cutter
• Wire cutter
• Green floral tape
• 28 gauge green wire
• Sugar glue
• Leaf glaze
• 250g almond paste
• 1 cup icing sugar
• 1 tsp corn syrup
• Clove stems
• Pearl dust
• Soft filbert brushes,
round and flat tips
• Grain alcohol or vodka
