We were so fortunate to spend
three days experiencing the wonder
of one of the world’s largest cake
shows. Established in 1994, Cake
International continues to delight
baking enthusiasts, cake decorators
and hobbyists from all corners of
the globe.
The cake competition is the largest
in the world, with over 1500 entries
submitted by decorators from the
UK and abroad. This competition
was something to behold, with the
sheer volume and quality of submis-
sions dwarfing similar Australian
events.
It took three days for adjudicators
to evaluate the entries, and the Aus-
tralian Cake Decorating Network
proudly sponsored 3 categories.
