Step 4: Cut the tip of your piping bag at around the 1-1.5” mark and insert the piping tip. Fill your piping bag with the white buttercream and pipe rosettes on to each cupcake. Make sure you cover the cut out sections on top of your cupcake so you don’t ruin the surprise! Insert your flag and enjoy!
