You will need:
• Vanilla or butter Cake
• White chocolate
• Food processor
• Kitchen knife
• Large bowl
• Plate or tray
• Mug
• Kitchen scales
Tools
• Cake pop sticks
• Pink or blue gel food
colour
• Vanilla buttercream
• Food safe gloves
• Styrofoam block
• White ribbon

Step 1:
Roughly slice your frozen cake in to 1 x 2” slices.
Fill your food processor half way with your frozen cake slices and
pulse it to create a cake crumb.
Once your crumb has formed add 1/2 - 1 tablespoon of buttercream
with a drop of your selected gel colour. Pulse again until the cake
crumb begins to just form a soft dough. Empty the dough into a large
bowl and continue with the rest of your frozen cake until you have
processed all of the remaining cake into dough.
NOTE: If your dough is too soft, add less frosting to the next batch.
If your dough is too crumbly add a little more frosting to the next
batch.
Now that you have all your cake dough processed pop on your
gloves and mix the dough by hand until it comes together.
Step 2:
Weigh out your dough into equal
pieces. I find 30 grams makes a
nice 2-3 bite portion.
