Step 6:
Start to pipe the isolated and back bits of the horse hair. Fill the saddle with white royal icing, leaving its outer border empty for now.
Step 7:
Fill in the bridle with green royal icing and the saddle blanket border with white. Pipe the remaining parts of the horse hair, adding a lot of dimension and trying to create curly tips on the ends.
Step 8:
Fill in the outer border of the saddle with white royal icing. Pipe the front part of the harness along the ear and the fluttering piece on the tail with pink royal icing.
Step 9:
Pipe small pink flowers and leaves as decorations on the horse head, saddle and side bands. Enhance the borders of the bands with a very fine green line and in the same way, pipe a decorative hair chain through the tail.
Step 10: Step 11:
Add small white dots in the centre of the flowers and pipe some decorative round shapes on the saddle border tips.

Paint some shadows on the horse body with grey-blue powder colour and add some golden decorative touches. f www. facebook. com / laurasaporitisugarland
