You will need:
• 3” oval cutter
• Brush
• Scissors
• Dish of water
• Dresden tool or other dull pointed tool
• Sheet of wafer paper
Step 1:
Fold a sheet of wafer paper Step 2:
at 3” width
Fold again
Step 3:
Using a dresden tool, trace inside a 3” oval cutter onto
your wafer paper and repeat three times so you have
4 rows of ovals
Step 4:
You will see the outline of
the ovals
Step 5:
Cut out all ovals – you will
end up with 12 ovals
