Step 13:
Mix brown petal dust
together with a little
yellow petal dust and
begin shading the cake
as shown, adding more
colour to deeper creases.
Step 17:
Finally, sprinkle a tiny
amount of granulated
sugar over the entire cake
to look like salt.
Step 14:
Roll a thin piece of light
brown fondant and cut the
shape of a wooden fork.
Dust the edges with a little
brown petal dust.
Step 15:
Lightly spray the entire
cake with edible spray
glaze.
Step 16:
Take a small portion of
white fondant and divide
into 3. Colour each
smaller portion a different
shade of green. Roll
into pea sized balls and
place around the cake as
shown. Spray with a little
edible glaze.
