Using the rest of the brown in the colour pot colour
from the top of the area to the bottom spray the entire
area evenly to cover a majority of your base colour
yellow. Go over the area twice. If you prefer a dark
wood then go over it a third time.
There you have it- wood grain effect using your
airbrush, some colour & paper as your template!
You can also use this technique to create other things
such as clouds, grass and waves.
Let’s create some wood
knots. Using the brown
just spray round blotches
randomly on the area.
