Step 9:
Place the silver leaf
onto the fondant, gently
rub it so ensure the leaf
adheres to the fondant.
Peel the backing paper
away.
Place white lustre
dust into five different
containers, in a palette.
The amount of white lustre
dust needed per colour
is about a half-circle end
of the JEM 12 frilling tool,
alternatively you could
use the end of a dresden
tool.
Add the five different
colour petal dusts into
each containers, and add
into each pot some rose
spirit. You may increase
saturation or intensity
of the colour by adding
more petal dusts.

Paint the petal dusts onto
the sheet of fondant - and
paint all five colours as
random as you want. You
could paint over areas
of the fondant. Let the
fondant rest and dry a
little.
Use another paintbrush
and dab some red
airbrush colour into
some rose spirit until you
achieve desired colour.
