• Large rolling pin
• Paring knife
• Pasta machine (optional)
• JEM 12 frilling tool

• Flat tip paintbrushes
• Pizza cutter
Ingredients
• 1kg black fondant
• 400g white fondant
• Double barrel 6” round
ganached cake; or a
6” (15cm) round foam
dummy 8” (20cm) tall
• 1 Silver leaf transfer sheet
• Petal dusts - lemon yellow,
tangerine, ruby red,
fuschia, red
• White lustre dust
• Americolor Super Red
