Step 1:
Cover the cake a day before.
Divide the cake into 8 equal
sections and outline “C” scrolls in
each space.
Step 4:
With pipe #5 pipe over the entire
scroll
Step 2:
With piping tube #18 pipe “C”
base scroll twice with one “C”
scroll with detail as the base. Use
a combination of “C” scroll and
reverse “C” scrolls.
Step 5:
Pipe a crescent around the edge of
the cake with piping tube #16 star.
Using the same tube pipe bold line
over the crescent

Step 3:
Pipe between the scrolls using the
same piping tube #18
Step 6:
with piping tube #16 pipe the side
section at the base with zigzag
motion and graduated pressure.

Step 7:
Over pipe the side section with a
smaller zigzag motion then over
pipe bold line on the top
Step 8:
Using piping tube #5 follow up all
borders over lining the crescents.
If desired, this overpiping can be
repeated twice to make the scrolls
high.
With #3 piping tube overpipe the
entire scroll and crescent formation
to finish the design.
Step 9:
Using #18 star piping tube, pipe a
flat elliptical base in each section
Over pipe the “S” scroll
commencing with a fine point and
“C” scroll in between.
Over pipe each “S” and “C” scroll
with piping tube #5
With a #3 piping tube, over pipe
again the entire scroll formation.
