Step 1: Cover the cake a day before. Divide the cake into 8 equal sections and outline “C” scrolls in each space. If desired, this overpiping can be repeated twice to make the scrolls high. With #3 piping tube overpipe the entire scroll and crescent formation to finish the design. Step 9: Using #18 star piping tube, pipe a flat elliptical base in each section Over pipe the “S” scroll commencing with a fine point and “C” scroll in between. Over pipe each “S” and “C” scroll with piping tube #5 With a #3 piping tube, over pipe again the entire scroll formation.
