A large range of flowers have been
added to the Facebook page, with
more flowers being added to the
range regularly.
Jenny says she wasn’t sure how the
sugar flowers would be received
and whether there would be much
demand, however she is very excited
to say the response has been
extremely positive!

Jenny May is the face behind
Sweet Temptations by Jen.
Jenny’s cake decorating journey
started similarly to many others,
with the 1st birthday cake of her
daughter, Tabitha in May 2011.

Recently, Jenny has started to post
flowers to various locations across
Australia with great success.

Even though she knows
from experience the flowers
should arrive without
incident, she still holds
her breath nervously until
they arrive safely in the
customer’s hands!

She researched for a month
before, had a practice run, and
by the time her cake was finished
she had well and truly caught the
ganache and fondant bug. After
practicing for a couple of months,
and putting in lots of groundwork
and research, Sweet Temptations
by Jen was launched in August
2011.
Jenny’s first cake course was in
early 2012, and later that year she
started facilitating and teaching
with Whimsical Cakehouse in
Adelaide. During this time, Jenny
started to explore the world of
sugar flowers which quickly
turned into a great fascination.
In November 2013, the decision
was made to re-align the direction
of Sweet Temptations by Jen when
she started to offer sugar flowers
for sale to other cake decorators
and the general public.

To date Jenny has sent
flowers to Victoria, South
Australia, New South Wales,
and Western Australia.
