Step 20:
Bend the wires on the white petals down from the petal as
shown below. Ensure that the bend is right at the base of the
petal.
Step 21:
Cut a length of white florist tape, and stretch
to activate the glue. Attach the end of the
tape to the centre, winding tightly around
once to secure.
Step 23:
Once all three of the wider petals are attached it
should look like this:

Step 24:
The thinner petals will now be attached to the flower
in between the wider petals. Place the first petal,
positioning the base of the petal at the same level as
the other petals already taped to the centre, an while
holding the petal wire in place with your thumb, wind
the tape around once to secure the petal. Repeat with
the other two petals, positioning in between the wider
petals. O
