Melbourne so he’s heading north to
teach the foundation course.
This course will help beginners to
equip themselves with all the basics
techniques needed to kick start your
cake decorating journey.
You’ll learn how to ganache a round
and square cake, get sharp edges and
a smooth finish on your fondant, colour
your fondant, cover the cake board,
stack your cake and model a cute
figure for the top of your cake!
