Welcome to the Autumn issue of Cake!
We've gone sugarflower and piping
mad in this issue with an abundance
of tutorials. Use these tutorials over the
Winter months to practice and perfect
your flower making and piping skills
in time for all of those Spring wedding
cakes!
We have interviewed some of the best
sugarflower artists in Australia and the
world, including Greg Cleary, Robert
Haynes and Stephen Benison. We also
have tutorials on piping to compliment
your perfect sugarflowers!
