This is when I began some extensive professional training with those that I saw as the best in the industry. On completion of my training I launched my new business ‘Indulge Designer Cakes’, specializing in both seamlessly finished wedding cakes and realistic novelty cakes.
I now pride myself on made to order, individually baked from scratch cakes and sweet treats. All created from our industrial sized custom built kitchen amongst the rolling hills of Gippsland
