Step 6:
Attach the base of the finger to the palm with a little water and smooth out the areas around with your finger or modelling tool. Repeat this process with the other three fingers. Remember that the second finger is the longest, the third finger is a little shorter than the first and the fourth finger is the shortest. The tip of the finger should come to the line closest to the end of the finger on the finger next to it.
Step 7:
Roll out a small amount of modelling chocolate in your hand and form into a tear drop shape. Place over the top of each knuckle and smooth down. You won’ t see this later unless you make a hand that is extending from the body in mid-air but it’ s good to know all the anatomy even if you don’ t see it. Repeat for all the fingers.
